If you would like a printed copy of the catalog mailed to you, please contact us and give us your full mailing address.

4. May I place a personal order (i.e. for me, not for a school)?

Absolutely! Just pay by credit card.

5. What is your fax number?

6. By the way, what does SANE stand for?

SANE stands for Sewing Aids and Notions for Everyone. You can read more about the history of the company here.

7. I’d like to suggest an item for you to carry.

8. What is your return policy?

a. If you would like to exchange an item for something else, please send the item back to us with a copy of the packing slip and a list of what you would like in exchange.

b. If you received the wrong item, please give us a call or an email including the invoice number or purchase order number, as well as which items were in error. We will get back in touch with you about receiving your correct items.

c. If you are local, just come in with the item in its original box or packing, and we will exchange it or give you your money back.
